- Guaranteed Response Time: Appcelerator guarantees a 2-business-day (or better) response time for Titanium Professional subscribers.

A free version of the Titanium SDK is available through our Community edition. In addition, beta previews to all releases is available with the Professional, Enterprise and Partner editions.
The Titanium roadmap includes Blackberry support, Apple iPhone SDK update, Android SDK update, advertising, commerce, and offline data synchronization. Enterprise and Professional customers have early access to new products on the Titanium roadmap, before they are generally available to the Titanium community.
Community developers receive support through the Community Forum from their peers.
Professional, Enterprise and Partner edition subscribers receive premium development and production support for their applications. The Premium Support Portal provides direct access to the developers who are building the Titanium platform. Guaranteed response times for service requests is one business day for Enterprise customers and two business days for Professional customers.
Premium Support is designed to get your app in production as quickly as possible by providing SLA-driven expert-level application development assistance and best practices consulting for desktop, mobile, and iPad applications. In addition, Appcelerator provides complete Titanium platform support from installation and configuration to utilization and optimization. Inclusive to this support for desktop is our automated on demand multi-platform packaging and distribution service which provides native executables for various flavors of Windows, Macintosh OSX, and Linux.
Premium Support is designed to ensure that your applications perform in the real world, post development, by providing SLA-driven expert level-platform support for the specific Titanium functionality of your applications on the platforms and devices that are deployed. Appcelerator will support installation and configuration issues, and provide priority platform fixes including hot patches and/or workarounds to keep your application running everywhere they are deployed. In addition, for desktop we provide an integrated automatic multi-platform application update service that ensures your customers have automated access to the latest build of your applications.
Appcelerator provides Enterprise customers with the highest service levels for resolving critical development and production issues.
All Titanium users have access to the Appcelerator Analytics portal which reports on user, session and event metrics for your applications. Seven days worth of analytics data is provided for free through Community Edition users. Enterprise customers and Partners have access to 36 months of analytics data, and Professional customers have access to 6 months of analytics data. Titanium mobile and desktop applications are instrumented out-of-the-box with user level and session level analytics, while events can be custom designed to measure unique features in each application (beg: face book logins, GPS locations, videos watched, etc.) Drill-down features include geographic distribution and variable time period analysis.
Titanium Professional and Enterprise include free, on-demand access to all eight modules in the "Building Native Apps" training series. This instructor-led video series equips developers with the knowledge to master key Titanium APIs and to understand the end-to-end process of developing a Titanium mobile application.
