Jeff Haynie

Jeff is Co-founder and CEO of Appcelerator. Jeff is a long-time serial entrepreneur, technologist and blogger. Previously, Jeff was Co-founder and CTO of Vocalocity, a software provider in the communications arena and before that, CTO of eHatchery, a digital incubator and off-shoot of Bill Gross’ idealab!. Jeff has worked on numerous standard committees such as IETF and W3C as well as core contributor to a number of important open source technologies such as JBoss and OpenVXI. Jeff served with distinction in the U.S. Navy.

Nolan Wright

Nolan is the CTO of Appcelerator. Before co-founding Appcelerator, Nolan led engineering and product management for Vocalocity, a VoiceXML platform company. Nolan started his career at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), and then went to work for Netscape. Nolan graduated from Vanderbilt University with a degree in Electrical Engineering.

Brian Carr

Brian Carr is Chief Revenue Officer of Appcelerator. Brian was most recently the Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Services at Good Technology, and also held executive sales roles at Synopsys, Clarify and Simplex Solutions. As CRO, Carr is responsible for all customer-facing areas, including sales, channels, business development, services, marketing and support for Appcelerator’s U.S. and international operations. Brian has a BS in Business Administration from the University of the Pacific.

Gamiel Gran

Gamiel is responsible for the global partner strategy for Appcelerator. Gamiel joined Appcelerator after almost 5 years as a Partner at Sierra Ventures, where he was a responsible for the Sierra Ventures CIO Advisory Board. Previously, Gamiel was VP of Business Development at Cassatt Corporation (acquired by CA Technologies), VP Global Channel Sales at Edify Software (acquired by Intervoice and later Convergys), and VP Strategic Alliances at BEA (acquired by Oracle). He also ran Channel Sales for North America at Oracle and held various sales management roles at IBM Corporation. Gamiel holds a BA from the University of California at Berkeley. He is a California native, and lives in Portola Valley with his wife of more than 24 years and his 3 children.

Neeraj Gupta

Neeraj is responsible for engineering and IT operations worldwide for Appcelerator’s integrated mobile platform. He joined Appcelerator as part of Particle Code acquisition, where he was the VP of Engineering overseeing the development of cross platform mobile SDK and games. Prior to Particle Code, he held various engineering roles at Informix, Oracle and other startups. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Institute of Engineering and Technology, India and an MBA from University of California, Berkeley.

Mark Pecoraro

Mark Pecoraro is Vice President of Customer Success at Appcelerator. Mark has 26 years of leadership experience in building and managing world-class, enterprise customer service operations. He previously held executive positions for SaaS-based software companies including WhiteHat Security, Accept Software, CommerceOne, SuccessFactors and Sybase. Pecoraro holds a BA from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

Lyla Kuriyan McInerney

Lyla leads all of Appcelerator’s marketing efforts. Previously, Lyla was at Google where she managed the Consumer Operations teams responsible for the community management for over 30 products including Google web search, Chrome, Earth, Google Maps for Mobile and more. Prior to Google, Lyla was a Vice President of Global Marketing at SAP and also held marketing and leadership roles at 2 startups. Early in her career, she was an International Economist at the U.S. Treasury Department. Lyla has a B.A. from Bowdoin College and a MPP from Harvard University.

Jonathan Rende

Jonathan is responsible for product management and product marketing for Appcelerator’s products, including the Appcelerator Platform as well as Titanium. Previously, he was Vice President and General Manager for HP Software’s $1 billion Application Lifecycle Management business. With more than 20 years of experience in the industry, Rende has held various product roles at Mercury, Informix and Lockheed. He holds a bachelor of science in engineering from the University of California, Davis and an MBA from Santa Clara University.

David Satterwhite

David Satterwhite is responsible for worldwide sales at Appcelerator. Prior to joining, David was most recently the General Manager and Vice President of Sales for Americas at Good Technology. He also led sales at newScale, NightFire Software and @Road. He held multiple leadership roles at Clarify, including Vice President of Sales of the Telecom Solutions Group. David was also an advisor and interim EVP of Sales at Yammer. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from University of California, Berkeley and graduated as a member of Phi Beta Kappa honorary fraternity.

Sandeep Johri

A previous Mayfield Executive in Residence, Sandeep was most recently Vice President of Cloud Strategy at HP, where he was responsible for implementing the overall strategy for HP’s $57 billion enterprise business, as well as driving the industry and cloud solutions across this business. During his tenure at HP, he led the acquisition and successful integration of 12 software companies collectively valued at more than $7B. Prior to HP, Sandeep was the CEO and Founder of Oblix (acquired by Oracle), a leading provider of enterprise identity management solutions. Johri has an MBA from Stanford University, a Masters in Industrial Engineering from Wayne State University, Detroit, and a Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from Pune University, India.

Dave Rosenberg

Dave Rosenberg was most recently CEO and founder of Nodeable, a real-time data analytics platform acquired by Appcelerator in 2012. Previously, Rosenberg was co-founder and CEO of MuleSoft and the Chief Information Officer for Glass Lewis & Co. He also held technology and marketing positions at Open Source Development Labs, Sprint, OmniSky, NorthPoint Communications, and Lucent Technologies. Rosenberg holds a BA from Rutgers University and an MBA from Pepperdine University. He is a U.S. patent holder and an advisor to several early stage companies.

Scott Davenport

Scott Davenport is the Vice President of Sales Engineering. Scott has spent the past 3+ years at Good Technology, leading both Sales Engineering and Solution Architect teams on a regional and world-wide basis. Scott was a multiple recipient of SE Manager of the year, and Chairman’s Club, the top honor in the Sales Organization at Good.

Todd Rulon-Miller

Todd Rulon-Miller is a founding partner of Apogee Venture Group, an early stage venture investment and consulting firm, and a former senior vice president of worldwide sales and services at Netscape Communications. During his time at Netscape, Todd built the company’s sales team to 800 employees operating in more than 30 countries and increased revenue to more than $600 million. During his tenure, in August, 1995, Netscape completed the then-most-successful initial public offering on the NASDAQ. Prior to his role at Netscape, Todd served in executive roles at First Data Resources, IBM (NYSE: IBM), NeXT, Inc., Software Alliance, and Tandem Computers. Additionally he has served on the Board of Directors of Active software (IPO: ASWX); Epiphany (IPO: EPNY); and Oblix Software (Purchased by Oracle Corporation), and currently serves on the Board of Crowd Science, Aerohive and Symplified and contributes to the Advisory Boards of Zuora and Appcelerator. Todd holds a bachelor’s degree from Princeton University.
