Jeff Haynie
CEO and Co-Founder
Jeff Haynie is Co-founder and CEO of Appcelerator. Jeff is a long-time serial entrepreneur, technologist and blogger. Previously, Jeff was Co-founder and CTO of Vocalocity, a software provider in the communications arena and before that, CTO of eHatchery, a digital incubator and off-shoot of Bill Gross’ idealab!. Jeff has worked on numerous standard committees such as IETF and W3C as well as core contributor to a number of important open source technologies such as JBoss and OpenVXI. Nolan Wright
CTO and Co-Founder
Nolan leads engineering and product management at Appcelerator. Before co-founding Appcelerator, Nolan led engineering and product management for Vocalocity, a VoiceXML platform company. Nolan started his career at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), and then went to work for Netscape. Nolan graduated from Vanderbilt University with a degree in Electrical Engineering.
Scott Schwarzhoff
VP – Marketing
Scott leads marketing strategy and go-to-market execution at Appcelerator. Prior to joining the company, Scott was VP of Marketing at Adeze, a leading online rich media advertising platform for small and medium-sized businesses and he led the launch of ISV and reseller partner marketing at SpikeSource. Scott started his career at Hewlett-Packard and later Microsoft, where he drove the launch of Windows Server 2003 to the enterprise and was awarded Microsoft’s Circle of Excellence award for top 1% performance. Scott holds an MBA with honors from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University and a BA from UC San Diego.
Amie Doolittle
VP – Sales
Amie leads sales and partner relationships at Appcelerator. With over 10 years of sales experience, Amie was most recently VP of Inside Sales at SugarCRM where she was responsible for establishing SugarCRM’s sales infrastructure, eCommerce portal, and customer facing operational documentation. Prior to SugarCRM, Amie managed Enterprise Inside Sales at VeriSign, Inc. Amie is a graduate from the University of the Pacific with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration, Finance emphasis.
Dan Bradford
VP – Finance & Operations
Dan leads finance and operations at Appcelerator. He has more than twelve years experience in technology companies and was most recently Director of Finance at JBoss, an open-source middleware firm acquired by Red Hat. Prior to JBoss, Dan worked in various analytic and financial roles for BellSouth Intelliventures (now YellowPages.com) and MindSpring Enterprises (later EarthLink). Dan holds an MBA, Finance emphasis, from the University of Georgia, and a BA in Communications, Advertising emphasis, from The University of Alabama.
